For many parking lots, you will prepay only a portion of the total at the time you submit the reservation; any remaining balance is then paid directly at the parking lot at the time of your arrival. However, some parking lots require payment in full when you submit the reservation through our website. This information will be displayed on the checkout page and on your reservation receipt.
If a schedule change results in your being parked longer than indicated on your reservation, you will be charged the difference by the lot upon departure. Most of our parking partners accept cash and major credit cards. To avoid any inconvenience, please read the information provided about each parking lot before reserving.
Taxes, fees, or other surcharges may be added to the daily rate - these fees are imposed by the state, city or town, and/or airport authority. While we do our best to provide an accurate estimate of these charges on your Reservation Receipt, the actual total may vary slightly based on changes made locally and will be calculated at the parking lot.
BluelineParking.com charges a nominal Service Fee, which enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping, our mobile app, excellent customer support, and other valuable services. The Service Fee is not refundable if you cancel your reservation prior to the scheduled arrival date/time.
The total displayed on the checkout page is based on the dates and times you entered. Some lots calculate their rate in 24-hour increments, starting at the time your car enters the lot. Other lots calculate their rate by calendar day, which means that each individual date your car is parked will be counted as a full day.
Any applicable taxes and fees will be included in the total - you can click on the blue dot/question mark next to the Tax & Fees line on the checkout page to see an itemized breakdown. While we do our best to provide an accurate tax estimate, the actual total may vary slightly based on changes made locally and will be calculated at the parking lot.
Please remember that the total shown on your receipt is based on the information you entered. Any change to your itinerary may affect the final balance.
From the BluelineParking.com home page, select your point of departure, enter your parking dates, and click SEARCH. The next page will display a list of lots near that location. You can click on the name of each facility to see a summary page that includes hours of operation, shuttle frequency, and other helpful information.
Once you have selected a lot, click the PARK HERE or SELECT NOW button. On the next page, please verify the dates and enter the times you expect to drop off and pick up your vehicle. The total for your stay will be displayed under the Order Summary. If you have a DISCOUNT CODE, please enter it now.
If you have an existing account, please click the Sign In tab, enter your username and password, and click the SIGN IN button. Otherwise, continue as a guest and an account will be made for you at checkout.
Enter your credit card information on our secure check-out page, along with the billing information associated with the card.
Click "Complete Reservation". By doing so you are indicating that you agree to our Terms of Service.
It may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed; another copy will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Payment details and the lot's address and phone number will be included on your receipt, along with directions or a link to a mapping service for directions.
Some of our parking partners require a printed receipt, while others accept an electronic copy from a mobile device. Your Reservation Receipt will indicate whether you need to print the receipt or whether you can you present an electronic receipt.
There are a few factors that determine whether a change in your plans requires a change to your reservation.
If you made a reservation at a parking lot that requires full pre-payment at time of reservation, please contact Customer Service with any changes to your travel plans. Depending on the details, we may ask you to cancel and re-book your reservations. *Please note that refunds are not issued for early returns or for failure to use your reservation.
If you made a reservation at a parking lot that only required a deposit to secure your reservation,and:
- If your arrival time has changed, your reservation is still valid, and you can use your existing receipt. The balance due will be calculated based on your actual parking time.
- If your arrival date has changed, please cancel the reservation and make a new one. Refund/credit will be applied per the cancellation policy above.
- If your return time or date has changed, there is no need to modify your reservation. The balance due will be calculated based on your actual parking time.
No, it is not necessary to stay overnight at the hotel in order to make a parking-only reservation. Our hotel Parking Partners offer parking separately from room reservations.
Most of our Parking Partners provide free transportation between the parking lot and airport via shuttle. Typically, you should allow at least 20-30 minutes to check in at the lot, park, and take the shuttle to your terminal. Be sure to confirm the shuttle frequency ahead of time, since some locations have limited hours of operation.
Please note that some locations may offer other services, like airport dropoff in your own vehicle, limo dropoff/pickup, etc. You can find this information on the parking lot info page on our site, or by contacting the lot at the phone number proved on your Reservation Receipt.
Please be sure to read all available information about the parking lot before making your reservation, since there are some lots that do not have shuttles and/or have alternative arrangements.
Our Parking Partners are established, reputable businesses with a track record of security and safety. The lot may be fenced and cameras/security patrols may also be present. Please check the information displayed on each lot's page for additional details.
As with any parking lot, the parking lot operator is not responsible for any valuables left in your vehicle. For specific concerns, please ask the lot attendant when you arrive.
On the rare occasion when a vehicle is damaged while parked, the best course of action is to contact the parking lot’s management as soon as you notice the damage, preferably before leaving the lot.
Because BluelineParking.com does not own or operate the parking lots listed on our site, we are unable to address damage claims.
You may cancel your reservation for a refund or Site Credit at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date/time. If you used Site Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Site Credit to your account. Refunds are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.

We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date/time, so be sure to cancel ahead of time in order to be eligible for a refund.

- Arrival Date has changed: you can still use the reservation. Please take the original reservation receipt with you and advise the lot attendant/cashier of the change. The balance due will be calculated based on your actual parking time.
