Refund & Cancellation Policy

YourParked.com allows for cancellations and refunds up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival at the parking facility. Cancellation requests must be made to YourParked.com, NOT the parking facility, prior to the reservations scheduled check-in date and time. Cancellation requests originating after the scheduled check-in date and time start will NOT be honored. All reservation cancellations are subject to a $5 Cancellation Fee.

   

Canceling your reservation is easy, please contact Blueline's customer service at (844) 441-7275 or by email at Customerservice@YourParked.com. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours.  

No Show Policy If you are not planning to arrive on any portion of your itinerary, please cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in date and time. Customers who fail to cancel or change their reservations at least 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in date and time are subject to our No Show Policy. The entire reservation including any remaining days on the reservation itinerary will be cancelled and all funds from the "No Show" reservation will be forfeited and may not be used or applied toward future purchases.
